  My role is a voluntary position working closely with Head of Marketing Andy Sheppard who would assign me a set of tasks to complete throughout the day. Tasks such as creating membership cards, data entry for competitions and uploading show information onto the Visit Portsmouth website. On rare occasions I would also answer the telephone, dealing with a customers queries and transferring them though to the box office.
