  Working as a Degree Management Apprentice with Virgin Trains. This is a 4 year Apprenticeship where I study 1 day a week for a Degree in Business Management and also aim to gain a CMI level 5. Whilst not at University, I work my way around the business. So far I have worked in front line roles and also worked in HQ roles. My current rotation is working with the Regional Talent Partner for the North West and Wales region. Working as a Degree Management Apprentice with Virgin Trains.
