With a Founder-CEO, it was apparent the organisation needed experienced professionals to deliver against Board level expectations. I was elevated to the position of General Manager to ensure profit targets are met while also managing the overall operations of the company. Seeing Machines has experienced rapid growth as a result of winning important contracts with automotive manufacturers. This growth has necessitated the sharing of Engineering skills and resources across various programs of work to avoid duplication of resources. Symmetrically, Product Management resources have been consolidated to include Fleet, Rail and Mining verticals. I held the responsibility to coordinate product development across these verticals and manage the engineering capability.
