After working with Jack for about 18 months, I can whole heartedly recommend him. He is one of the best team leads I have worked with in over 20 years of Software Development. As well as having excellent technical skills and picking things up very quickly, Jack also has excellent interpersonal skills. He does a great job at all levels of the business, from mentoring juniors, to presenting ideas to directors and devising ways to make the business more cost effective. He's always very willing to assist wherever he can, no matter how busy he is. He will make a dramatic difference to any team he's leading and make many positive changes. He also has a great sense of humour, so you can say what you like about him.
