  During the uplift to pilot of the Tackling Organised Exploitation Programme, I became one of the lead technical practitioners providing mentorship to our growing national network of Data Insight Analysts.I continued work designing/delivering applications & data exploitation methodologies - and received a Chief Constables Good Work Recognition (GWR) for the innovation of methods praised by officers & staff utilising the tools to detect, prevent & respond to organised exploitation threat.We expanded our reach into cloud technologies during this time, collaborating with Microsoft Gold Partners Simpson Associates to deliver award winning data aggregation & exploitation work (VKPP award for innovation, NIP award for innovation). Projects: - Used Python to code a webscraper for collecting metadata on over 70,000 customers (completing in house, a project quoted at £15,000 + vat) - segmenting over 80% customers. - Used keyword recognition to segment 50% of customers. - Was able to append Companies House data to existing ERP output to PowerBI; giving us person(s) of significant control, company status (active/liquidated/in administration etc.), SIC code, incorporation date. - Cross-referenced ERP, Infinity Webtracking, Google Analytics & Ads data to estimate return on PPC spend in telephone & web sales. - Collaborated with PPC contractor to provide stats-based support for optimising spend. - Used Visual Basic & Mailchimp to code a stats based Micro-targeting email system, suggesting 5 next product categories a customer will buy from, send emails tailored to their industry. - Worked with outbound sales contractor, providing data-driven support to inform contact strategy, providing information system & call lists. - Was solely responsible for compiling the mailing list for the 8,000 copy Winter Mailer brochure & 16,000 copy 2020 catalogue - used linear regression to predict return on send & ascertain relevant factors in predicting return for a given customer, negotiated best price on having data cleansed. - Used statistical methods to inform Facebook Marketing strategy. - Conducted gateway product analysis; determining entry products that most often lead to follow-up sales. - Compiled PowerBI dashboards for all product categories to show year-on-year sales comparison, abandoned baskets, most common search terms, segments of buying customers, new vs existing buying customers, telephone vs web sales, AOVs.
