  Conducts Title II inspections at various locations; reviews each Contractor provided Quality Control Plan to evaluate their Three Phase Quality Control process ensuring its effectiveness in providing quality work, on time and budget, without the need for rework. Reviews all drawings, Scope of Work (SOW) and Requests for Information (RFI's) to determine that all necessary elements are discussed and implemented prior to and during that Definable Feature of Work (DFOW).-Lackland AFB, TX. Modified Type III System; FS's, FSCV, PCV's, LSCV, issue & return venturi, back pressure control valve, surge suppressors, etc.-Laughlin AFB, TX. New pumps, valves, dike liner, trench liner, motorized gates, etc.-Sheppard AFB, TX. New spill containment surge pond, trenching for R-11 parking lot, etc.-Whiteman AFB, MO. New six inch pipe, pressure reliefs, anchors and sliding pipe supports, etc.-Vance AFB, OK New FS's, FSCV, PCV's, trench drains, swivel joints, modify piping, etc.-Tinker AFB, OK. Inspect AST prior to return to service, insuring all work performed to standards.-Little Rock AFB, AR. Inspected coatings applied to hydrant system UST's and evaluated warranty work to correct several substandard items.-Altus AFB, OK. Inspected three AST's prior to return to service to insure all work conducted to standards. In addition to many other bases undergoing AFCEC contracts.-Keesler, Hurlburt Field, Travis, Mt. Home, Minot, Scott, Eglin, March, Luke, McConnell, McGuire, Bradley Field, Channel Islands, and others, each with varied Scope of Work, Tank renovations, Type III upgrades, Filter Separator, Fillstand, Offload Skid, Pump/Motor Installation etc.
