A successful candidate chosen from GLOSS’s competitive cross departmental Global Leadership Initiative to attend the International Labour Organisation in Geneva. My role as Policy Analyst centered on producing two policy reports on issues discussed at the ILO's 323rd Governing Body Meeting. This involved attending Governing Body Meetings, and review and analysis of new ILO policy documents. Responsibilities also included blog posts and updating GLOSS social media accounts.
