As a trainee solicitor at Zermansky & Partners Solicitors I have worked in civil litigation, wills and probate, residential conveyancing and family law.In the civil litigation department I represented clients in court as a duty solicitor for housing possession. I have sat behind counsel in court on many occasions in various civil litigation matters. I have prepared trial bundles. I have completed legal aid applications. I have drafted witness statements and other court documents.In the residential conveyancing department I drafter Land Registry documents. I have assisted with buying and selling properties.In the wills and probate department I drafted numerous wills. I acted for executors of estates with regards to administering estates.I am currently in the family law department. I act for parents in care proceedings and represent them in court.
