Achievements • Produced deal valuations and analysis on three successful acquisitions in my first year and received excellent feedback from the management about the speed and quality of the information generated. • Supported a Senior management in processing two pre-pack insolvency deals as the vendors had come to us but we were not in the position to take on any distressed businesses. • Successfully learned and managed the bookkeeping for an acquisition who were looking to change their fiscal management team. • Created financial board packs for our businesses, post-acquisition. The packs were used by the management team in the board meetings, and I received a lot of feedback about how they were useful in prompting high level discussions. Show less
