I've known Jack Gibson and his FitnessWorx gyms for nearly a decade now (!). I joined Fitness Worx because I was looking for a gym that offered me the chance to be involved with a group of people, a community. I didn't want a set of 4 walls for me to sweat out in! I got that with more and the laughs we have had along the way. I personally loved the circuits sessions and seeing my progress through learning from the friendly, well trained and knowledgeable PT's. Jack has built up a thriving business the hard way. Just ask him. He's survived recession, Covid and the operational challenges that come with running a business. All this, at times when a lot of other fitness businesses were folding due to mis-management and poor care. Jack has some great plans for FitnessWorx and it's going to be very exciting seeing him deliver them.

When I moved to Warwick in 2015, the first gym I started at was FitnessWorx. I’ve been pleased to watch the brand grow from a 2 site family run business, to a venture that provides so many people throughout the midlands the guidance to fundamentally make themselves happier. Jack is a warm, approachable character and I encourage anyone with the opportunity to speak to him, or his brother Matt for advice and guidance on the next steps towards their goals. I enjoyed their gyms and I look forward to being able to train there again.
