Apr 2016 - Present
My main responsibilities include carrying out routine maintenance on customer vehicles and providing good customer support and communications. I must have high-level communication skills when reporting back to my service manager and receptionists. I can confidently use workshop tools along with Ford recognized diagnostic equipment to be able to maintain and rectify faults with customers vehicles. I must be confident in my problem-solving skills to successfully repair and carry out maintenance on vehicles. Also; in my current job role it is important to be able to work in a team as it is essential to help others to ensure that worked booked in is completed effectively and efficiently. In the past 4 years I have successfully completed my Level 3 Apprenticeship with Skillnet therefore I am a fully qualified vehicle technician. Show less

Match Day Steward

Oct 2015 - Apr 2016
In this job it was essential to provide a good customer service to all spectators and to ensure safety among the crowd and players on the pitch. I was also reliable for sweeping the stadium to provide a clean and safe environment and to notify security when witnessing suspicious activity. Making the matchday visitors feel welcome and ensuring that big matchday events run smoothly and effectively was another responsibility me and my team had. I needed the ability to use my initiative and solve problems quickly and professionally. Show less
