I can confidently use workshop tools along with Ford recognized diagnostic equipment to be able to maintain and rectify faults with customers vehicles. I must be confident in my problem-solving skills to successfully repair and carry out maintenance on vehicles. Also; in my current job role it is important to be able to work in a team as it is essential to help others to ensure that worked booked in is completed effectively and efficiently.
