Reduced off campus lease space cost by 50% in a major service area. Developed, implemented, and trained faculty on student learning outcomes system Provided leadership in the development of a certificate query process that identifies and prints forms with transcript data to increase student credentials with minimum time and effort leading to the identification of 2,000 unidentified student credentials during the academic year and subsequent ranking of 18th in the nation in awarding these credentials by U.S. News and World Report.
