      This role has broadened my knowledge in the Admin environment, my duties were working in a small team with various roles such as managing our eBay account, raising invoices through Amazon, Raising our orders for Amazon, liaising with the warehouse team to ensure stock is in the right place in order for us to raise orders, curating monthly sales reports, curating the figures to give to the directors after all orders. Learning so much about the way all of these marketplaces work was such an insight.

      During my time at Complete I was tasked to build an online hybrid agency from almost the ground up. To start with I focused on building the brand by using cheap and easy marketing tools. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube predominantly, for these I would create promotional videos, personal updates, photos of progress and much more. Coinciding with this i would be touting, dropping leaflets off and getting the ‘Complete’ name across Hertfordshire, I even managed to set up a meeting with a big Hertfordshire based radio station to promote us. In the end I managed to get multiple properties on the market in the space of just one year. I used the knowledge I gained from Satchells and applied it to a different style of Estate Agency and I felt that it worked effectively.

      I started as a weekender whilst balancing my first year of A-Levels, based in Shefford my main priorities were greeting customers, going on viewings, taking phone calls and booking in viewings. As the role progressed I managed to go full time. This is where I made a decision to leave sixth form after the first year and pursue a career in estate agency. I later moved to the Baldock office as their was major changes going on in the business, here is when i had some more responsibilities such as managing weekender staff, starting to learn more about the sales negotiator side of the role, going on many more viewings, interacting with vendors, going on valuations and more day to day Estate Agency tasks.
