  I started at penn-elcom when I was 19 years old, since then I have acquired a lot of skills along the way, such as: 3 years CNC press brake setting PVC on wood lamination I also spent 1 year as a toolroom worker, using machines such as, milling, lathe, grinders as well as operating and setting machines I have ran 2 departments, I ran a CNC press brake department with a team of 6 people, also a lamination line with up to 3 people including myself. During my roles here I had to plan day to day work for myself and my team, meet deadlines, use our in house system to create and book in work and also maintain a good house keeping. I also have a full UK driving licence, counter balance licence and pivot truck licence recently qualified as a level 2 electritian, currently studying my level 3 Show less
