  I am currently researching enzymes pertaining to specific diseases and biological pathways that could have medical applications through inhibition. Most of my research so far has been centered around enzymes involved in alzheimer's and various cancers.   I work at Meagan Schipanski's agro-ecosystems lab on campus at CSU Fort Collins. I have conducted some undergraduate research pertaining to nitrate levels in drinking water as well as helped various graduate students with their day to day objectives. I have learned to create chemical reactants, sieve soils, organize and determine weed species, and pipetting for colorimetric protocols.
