I worked with Jack through our Employee Resource Groups. He is a power house for inclusion, diversity and equity. He pioneered paths for our trans benefits and put so much effort into creating inclusive customer care. It was a great loss for Symetra when he left. The community he helped create is not the same without him and his passion and level of care that he put into his efforts are greatly missed.
