Jack was a tremendous addition to the NNI Omnichannel team during the Summer 2020 internship cycle. Jack joined the team in June and remained with us through mid-August. He consistently performed at 110% when completing projects independently as well as in group settings with members from various cross functional teams. At the beginning of Jack's internship, he and I established critical success factors as part of his overall development plan. I can say without hesitation that Jack crushed each and every CSF during his time at NNI. Across the organization, feedback on Jack's contributions was nothing short of stellar and many of his efforts have since been pulled forward as we think through future portfolio strategies. It was an honor to work with Jack. He is bright, inquisitive, organized and a persuasive public speaker. Our team will certainly miss the support he's provided these past couple of months however we wish him the best in the future.
