      Researched the growing youth unemployment rates in Phnom Penh, Cambodia then developed and implemented a new business model and department for Enrich Institute, a non-governmental organization founded to improve the quality of youth education in the city. Budgeted with Enrich Institute founder Heng Pheakdey on what would be economically possible to implement while we were in the country. Consulted for the Calvas Extremo mountain biking organization in Ecuador. The goal of this project was to find economically feasible solutions to creating mountain bike trails in Cariamanga, Ecuador to improve tourism rates and community service in the area. Created a policy memo for the German Consul General, Herbert Quelle, outlining my team's proposed solutions for the ongoing conflict in Turkey, Syria, and Iraq involving control of the Euphrates River. After extensive research, we presented our solutions to his excellency in Chicago, Illinois highlighting the immediate dangers that face the citizens of the three Middle-Eastern countries as tensions over water control continue to rise.
