As the cook of STV Fair Jeanne I was in charge of the budget and provisioning for food and cleaning supplies in addition to cooking the meals. I was also intermittently responsible for first aid and maintaining first aid supplies. I created weekly nutritious meal plans and directed any volunteers helping me on provision runs or in the galley. It was my responsibility to supervise and approve the quality of after-meal cleanup for the pantry, galley, eating areas, and dishes.
