  Supported the Fogbreak Alliance for Justice in its pursuit to guide criminal justice, civic and business leaders in identifying inequity in their workplace, promote community trust and fairness. Specifically worked with the Oakland Superior Court in recruiting a diverse juror population to diminish implicit bias and support justice for those in the Alameda County criminal justice system.
