Invento is a start-up company established for the commercialization and development of an innovative packaging in a form of a transparent PET can. I supervised from the beginning the procedure for the granting of patents, the R&D process and the industrial implementation of the project. I was in charge of acquiring equity financing for the company, in particular investment by the Polish Industrial Development Agency (ARP) upon pre-money valuation in the amount of PLN 75 Mio. During the period 2010-2014, I enabled the company to be granted EU financing, amounting to a total of PLN 27 Mio for three investment projects, one of which consisting in the development of the production of innovative packaging (PLN 23 Mio from EU funds and PLN 50 Mio for CAPEX). I was the project initiator and supervisor during its development and implementation phases. The project was successfully carried out during the period VIII’2014-X’2015. Invento has received three prestigious awards: the Polish Innovation Awards 2015, Time of Innovation during the conference Nafta-Chemia 2015 and the World Beverage Innovation Award 2015 for Best can or alubottle.
