I have had the great pleasure of working with Jacek in one of the most interesting and successful ITSM implementation projects in Kyndryl's (short) history. Jacek's ServiceNow skills as well as his honest and professional personality has inspired trust between the developers from both companies from day one. And this has been an essential part of establishing a unique forum for collaboration between the Kyndryl and Salling Group ServiceNow teams. Working with Jacek - both co-located and remotely - is very efficient with lots of progress made in a short period of time. Mainly due to Jacek's ServiceNow skills and his knowledge of the specific Salling Group systems, but also due to his ability to both instruct and educate the vendor's team where needed while still listening and learning from others' experience. Jacek is always ready to explore possibilities and opportunities with a "yes, and..."-attitude, and you rarely see a closed door or impossible obstacle ruining Jacek's day. I see Jacek as a flexible, communicative, knowledgeable and forthcoming counterpart / partner, working in a pleasant social atmosphere of team spirit and common goals.
