I had the pleasure of working with Jacek in building up a new major consolidated internet company in Poland. In very turbulent conditions Jacek managed to build up a new sales department together with our competent colleagues. Consolidating six former competitors is not just a technically major task, but especially a challenge in cultural mix and change management. Jacek managed to lead the colleagues of his department into a new efficient unit, which was very impressive.
