  After University, I worked and lived across SEAsia partaking in NGO initiatives that focused on social issues and innovations to combat these. I was tasked to lead and manage a small team of volunteers, whilst managing and coordinating third-party funds to ensure the effective implementation and release of critical projects. Oversaw the creative design, planning and resource management of a new English teaching application that could rapidly enhance the students’ learning development. The success of this was articulated in a +40% pass rate improvement upon launching and implementing the app. Demonstrated calmness under pressure; the risk was high due to the lack of funds and therefore the project only had one attempt to succeed.
