Ronald Romer

Simply one of the best in the business at what she does, yet quite humble and open to the ideas of others. I was Kim's manager during the time we worked together but honestly, she could have done the job better than me. One of the most self-motivated, technically competent scientists I've worked with in the last 33yrs, with genuine respect for others. With her intellect and personality, Kim can do anything.

Ron Romer

Witty, humble, tactful, efficient, resilient, eternally optimistic and TALENTED. Kim was my number one productive formulator who set a very high performance standard without disrupting the cohesion of the group. I've been in this business for over 30years and I can honestly say that performers like Kim are rare. She reported to me but I believed she could have done my job better. I quickly put her in the highest leadership role that I had available. She covered my management responsibilities when I traveled. I'm not into writing endorsements but Kim is a once in a career find. Ask anyone.
