-To ensure the project activities are in compliance with the project specifications & company’s policy • Monitor the site activities are carried out as per approved shop drawings, approved method statement to minimize the quality constraints and reworks by providing proper corrective action • Conducting 1st Party and 2nd Party Audits, preparation of Audit Reports. • To address the observations and non-conformity raised by consultants and ensure necessary preventive action is implemented • Preparation of technical documents which includes method statement, ITP, material submittals within the requirements of project specifications • Review the shop drawings to confirm they are as per the project requirements and ensure the details are as per the approved of technical documents • Monitoring the concreting activities and to keep record of pour cards and the testing’s • Review the work / material inspections prepared by the QC inspector meets with the requirements of ITP’s. • Conduct regular trainings for the project and site team to ensure standard procedures are followed for all activities • Preparation of the project quality plan and its implementation during the entire project duration • Assist the corporate audit team during auditing of various departments • To keep track of the calibration of survey instruments and measurement devices • Handling the test reports submission and to ensure proper records are maintained as per the project requirement Show less
