    • Sales Manager Ink and Adhesive Resins Europe
      • Jun 2006 - Dec 2007

Akzo Nobel Ink and Adhesive Resins was acquired by Hexion Specialty Chemicals and became the absolute nr 1 in Ink resins. I was commercially responsible and integrated the two business from a sales side which also meant a move from Maastricht Netherlands to Kallo Belgium. Customer service desks had to be integrated into one (smaller) and also the salesfoces needed to be reduced. Apart from that the business had to go through the implemtation of a new ERP system (SAP). Main task was to prevent to much attrition of the business whilst integrating the nr 1 and nr 2 into the absolute nr 1 position. We were able to manage this process succesfully. Show less
