Auto's nemen beslissingen, fabrieken en logistieke magazijnen werken stand-alone, callcenters gebruiken bots, webshops kunnen je bestelling vooraf voorspellen…. allemaal dankzij data. Maar hoe? Wat is ethisch? Kunnen we gegevens veilig delen? Wat is onze rol in deze enorme wereldwijde verandering, ook wel bekend als "Industrie 4.0"? In de Nyenrode VCV Datacirkel is ons doel om te verbinden, kennis te delen, te inspireren en mensen op meer kennis te laten maken met Data en ethische wijze van gebruik… en natuurlijk om elkaar te leren kennen (en niet alleen door de data van ons profiel). Manager Support and Development Business Intelligence Risk IT

Besides the responsibility for the Support team (12 fte) since 2012 also responsible for the Development BI team team (40 fte). We design, build and maintain all Risk Management DWH's. We work within dedicated teams using Agile/Scrum. As manager I execute all HR tasks, including performance management, recruitment and coaching on personal development. I’m also involved to set up and implement the BI strategy for Risk management in close harmony with architecture and business. What we want to achieve is a monumentally change, namely to implement a Continuous Integration/ Continuous Delivery pipeline for BI projects, which is quite new within the BI world. The ultimate goal is fast delivery of high quality data to increase data value for the whole organization. We create a fully automated and standardized process to build, (regression) test and implement future proof software in a flexible, efficient and effective way. All with the latest technology/tools available and with close collaboration between business and IT. Beside that we coordinate implementations of new applications or releases to production, execute problem management and are responsible for Business Continuity Planning & Disaster Recovery environments, SLA’s, QA/QC, environment- and change management. All keeping regulations from SOx,Cobit, ITIL, the DNB and CEB in mind. An important initiative we started in 2013 is Agile Operations. Within these programs I also manage and implement test improvement activities, like embedding Quality Assurance (QA)/Quality Control (QC), Agile and LEAN and Outsourcing of all operational testing to our outsourcing partners.
