- I prepare technical and economical proposal that solves the customer needs, based on the information provided by our customers via email, phone conversations or any technical drawings. - I provide technical support, as well as pre and after sales service to our customers. - I reach out to the electrical and mechanical engineers, to discuss and promote the use of our products in the technical specifications of new projects. - I mantain and expand our database of customers and prospects through our CRM system (Hubspot). - Beyond my responsability as a sales representative, in the past I have supported the technical service department with onsite commissioning for projects in the United States.
