Conducts new employee orientations and training classes on a variety of topics. Assists with the maintenance of personnel files and related paperwork, performance appraisal and salary administration programs. Develops and maintains computerized databases, maintains files and records and monitors various programs. Schedules interviews, employee training classes and meetings. Prepares correspondence, advertisements, job postings and various documents utilizing spreadsheets, word processors, and databases. Teach and Learn. Assists in the development and revision of position descriptions, personnel manuals, salary and benefit and departmental budgets, reports, and other related documentation. Develops and completes EEO reports, monitors various reports; accident reports, sick leave, discipline, tuition, etc. and analyzes data; researches issues, summarizes findings and develops recommendations. Assists with coordination of special personnel programs such as, facility dedications, all-employee meetings, volunteer and employee recognition programs, etc. Performs special projects and related duties as required or assigned.
