      Ghirardelli Chocolate Company is based out of San Leandro, CA and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Lindt & Sprungli based out of Switerzland.       I ran the head office and 4 manufacturing plants with full P&L responsibility. There were 6 directors reporting to me.This was a newly acquired business by ADM which was losing money. At the time, the annual sales revenue was GBP 60MM. My job was to dig in and understand why the business was not profitable and then suggest alternate/possible corrective actions.
