  Clients come in with their units (laptops/desktops, phone, tablets, cameras, smart watches, etc.) and I perform general 20 minute consultations, troubleshooting, diagnose issues (generals errors, connectivity issues, and malware). If problem takes longer then 20 minutes to solve we recommend checking computer in for Advanced Diagnoses and Removal. I also set up devices for first time use and test the functionality of returned devices to be resold as "Open Box Certified". Of which includes running hardware tests, checking functionality of ports/wifi, ordering missing parts, and repackaging the unit to be resold. There is also a element of customer service when dealing with customers and educating them about their device.
