This work includes risk assessment, claim analysis and work up, and complex litigation management in multiple classes of insurance. J.C. spent 6 years living and working in London, England. Prior to that time he also benefitted from serving as a formal secondee with both a leading Lloyd's syndicate and the London offices of a global insurance company. He regularly acts in connection with coverage, defense and subrogation matters pending throughout North America (U.S. and Canada), and is a frequent speaker on a variety of topics of interest to insurers and insurance litigators.J.C. is a UK solicitor (admitted to the roles of the Law Society of England and Wales), and a member of the American, Washington State, Oregon and King County Bar Associations.
