I've been working as a maintenance engineer in the building maintenance field for more than five years. At the moment, I'm employed as an Assistant manager/maintenance at the Sri Lanka Institute of Nanotechnology (SLINTEC). I am a person who is responsible for all aspects of building maintenance, including the upkeep of 45 acres of gardening space.The SLINTEC consists of a cafeteria area (2 stores), a building with seven stores (Phase 1 B), two store buildings (Phase 1A), and a building with two stores (2 stores). Under my leadership, I have supervised a two technicians, an electrician, an engineering assistant, and a gardener.The SLINTEC is well-equipped with centralized air conditioning (chilled water), VRV, generators (two 550KVA generators are included), UPS (40KVA,4 inverters), pressure pumps, fire, and solar (ON grid), and Utility calculations As a result, I am knowledgeable about the above- mentioned key areas, and in addition to those already mentioned, I have also gained experience in the areas of budgeting, utility calculations, insurance, preventive maintenance, and regular maintenance.Regarding my educational background, I have earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Industrial Automation (PGC) from the University of Moratuwa as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management of Technology from the same institution.At the University of Wolverhampton in the UK, I earned my undergraduate degree in Mechatronics Engineering (BEng (Hons), 1 class).I believe that I am adequately qualified for the position given my experience and my understanding of the job scope that the organization has specified of the any company.
