Ouroboros Equity Partners L.P was conceived as a Quantitative, Market Neutral hedge fund product. The fund primarily targeted economically-predictable market inefficiencies that under the right circumstances would create a catalyst for tremendous upside, while mitigating risk and maintaining liquidity.
