Program management: I lead the delivery of programmes (urban, energy, financial services and ease of doing business) in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh and across other southern Indian states in coordination with the relevant strand leads. Under SKYE I managed Capacity Building and Mentoring workshops for youth entrepreneurs, business mentors and coordination with various agencies working on entrepreneurship development in the Kashmir Valley. I provided technical expertise to first-generation entrepreneurs for development of their business plans and ensured they are feasible; I managed development of Business-Mentor Training Curriculum for trainees at Jammu & Kashmir Entrepreneurship Development Institute (JKEDI). I also Managed the project website and provided online support to aspiring youth entrepreneurs across the Kashmir Valley. unLOC-K Project: A unique trade promotion project (funded by UKFCO) focused on increasing trade across the sensitive Line of Control (LoC) in separated parts of the state of J&K, to expand cooperation between the two parts and build peace in the region. I managed, organisation of Capacity Building Workshops for cross-LoC traders, business leaders and Ministry of Industries & Commerce officials. I managed the development of cross-LoC (e-commerce) web portal in association with technology partner of the project. I organised Advocacy Planning Workshops for project stakeholders by international consultants from USA and UK and Advocacy meetings with various Government Ministries and representatives of Chambers of Commerce & Industries.
