It’s rare that I come across someone with such a drive for learning. Ilse has a passion for marketing and Aerospace like no-one I have ever met. She has a strength that enables her to handle numerous projects at a time and she does it all with a positive attitude and a smile on her face. She is adept at talking an idea out with you and presenting a completely different take on it. Her marketing ideas for her field are ahead of the curve and without knowing it, has challenged me to do my best work. She is always willing to help out with a project and seeks the idea that will have the most impact on a brand. I’m happy to have gone through the trenches at Full Sail with Ilse and to call her a friend and digital marketing colleague on the other side.

Izzy is a natural creative thinker and adaptive brand developer. Her work with myself and the Kentucky Aerospace Industry Consortium was one of smooth understanding and great outcomes. Her overall passion for aerospace and defense allowed her to be a key part of our marketing strategy and design processes when it came to in-person material, social media, event catalogs and more. Izzy is a wonderful asset to have on hand in the marketing and brand development area of your business, her work ethic and drive to be a better designer and marketer each and everyday shows true from the very first time working together. I am forever grateful for being able to work alongside her and even learn to improve my overall marketing and brand development strategies from Izzy. She has been an integral part of the growth of the Kentucky Aerospace Industry Consortium brand and I am forever thankful for that!
