  Development: As a Transition Specialist for a nonprofit organization I developed and executed program needs, assessments, and strategic plans in preparation for expansion of a transition service for special education students. Identified necessary upgrades in the areas of program evaluation, organizational communication, and marketing. As a Transition Specialist I provided consulting services to innovative communities and school districts by planning and implementing excellent project management, as well as great organizational skills. Through case management and management of staff was able to exercise my ability to reach company goal and analyze individual cases. Results: Was given one year to start the Building Bridges program with dedication and determination it is now successfully on its fifth year. Was able to execute strategic plan and has expanded from three districts to six over the course of two years while necessary enrollment at existing sites.
