  August 2021 to September 2022 I initially started as an Apprentice and was promoted to a Sales Negotiator position after 8 months. My main responsibilities were receiving initial customer enquiries and dealing with various stages of the property sale. I was the main responder to all customer related queries and actions, seeking new business opportunities with new applicants, booking valuations and mortgage appointments. Alongside this I accompanied clients for property viewings and liaised with vendors to arrange these. I enjoyed working with clients to help them visualise how they could make their next property their own or use rooms differently. This enabled me to build trusting relationships with clients and be an advisor for ideas and designs I had seen in other properties. As I developed in the role, I was asked to photograph interiors for listings, as well as help stage the properties ready for photos. I particularly enjoyed this aspect of the role which has helped steer me in the direction of interior design.
