  Successfully setup a new plant for glove manufacturing process consist of 5 production lines. Energy Saving Project - Natural gas consumption. Coagulant Hot Water Piping Modifications Project. In charge for Chiller, Thermal Oil Heater, Compressed Dry Air (CDA) and Plant Water. Do monitor and assist the contractor to tap the pipe from the header for natural gas supply. Do draw the line piping, estimate and calculate the bill of material required based on line piping drawing and raised the purchasing request. Do assist the supplier/contractor for testing and commissioning of Chiller, Air Compressor and Thermal Oil. Do calibrations of positional valve, servicing and maintenance work, repairing and troubleshooting. Follow up with vendors and sub-contractor on the assigned project to ensure its follow specifications and complete by the schedule time. Chlorination Changeover System Project and Standardization for all plant (glove manufacturing) under Kossan. Prepare the handover documentations and OJT for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting procedures. Show less
