As the Team leader for the Learning team, I educated and supported children aged 2 - 15 years old with special needs such as autism, ADHD and Leaning Disabilities at a Rehabilitation Centre. I successfully created physical contents for indoor and outdoor activities according to the children's ages, levels, characteristics to have various experiences. This also included introducing learning materials called "Cognitive Training", which significantly improved students' ability to concentrate and quality of study time, while also reducing the time to create similar training from 30 minutes to 5 minutes daily.

Before/After School Care Educator

I was employed over the summer school holidays to educate and look after over 60 children between the ages of 6-12 years old at several before/after school care centres. I mainly helped students to do their homework individually, focusing on Mathematics, Japanese, Science and English, for which I was the lead educator. I collaborated with other educators to start new indoor activities during COVID19 and organized content such as creating Iron Beads, Paper Craft and Origami so that the children can consistently do new activities during indoor play time.

Team Leader - Wedding Planner

I was entrusted as the team leader for 4 wedding planners, while also delivering excellent customer satisfaction to around 100 couples. This role included co-ordinating with the various teams at IKK, including florists, photographers, dress co-ordinators, videographers and the MC for the weddings, all of which I built trusting relationships with to deliver a seamless wedding experience. The healthy relationships I built with both my teams and my customers led to 100% customer satisfaction. One of the highlights of my time at IKK was being ranked third nationally for most sales over a 6 month period in 2020, having supported and planned for 31 couples to deliver their dream weddings.
