      As the Team leader for the Learning team, I educated and supported children aged 2 - 15 years old with special needs such as autism, ADHD and Leaning Disabilities at a Rehabilitation Centre. I successfully created physical contents for indoor and outdoor activities according to the children's ages, levels, characteristics to have various experiences. This also included introducing learning materials called "Cognitive Training", which significantly improved students' ability to concentrate and quality of study time, while also reducing the time to create similar training from 30 minutes to 5 minutes daily.
