I was responsible for identifying marketing initiatives for the hotel and successfully launched Jazz Suppers and The Charm School at The Cadogan. I also identified, approached and organised an exclusive arrangement between The Cadogan and Dodd’s London Gin. I project managed the relaunch of the website with an external agency as well as rewriting it in line with SEO requirements. I had ongoing responsibility for its update, Pay Per Click advertising and DRM. I had total responsibility for all marketing communications within the hotel and wrote and designed most myself. I wrote and distributed a weekly e-blast to guests. I managed our Trip Advisor page, and responded to all guest reviews on behalf of the General Manager. I was also responsible for all the hotel’s social media network, which included creating content and writing The Cadogan’s blog, Twitter account, Facebook, LinkedIn and Pinterest.
