While in this position I kept the store's loyalty program at 75% and helped reach our daily sales goal. I did this by providing hundreds of customers with a welcoming and helpful environment. I learned how to operate a register quickly and efficiently during peak sales hours, and improved my interpersonal communication skills. I restored natural prairies and marshlands around the Chicagoland suburbs in order to enhance the native ecosystem. I did this by controlling invasive plant species with various methods, such as backpack spraying, hand pulling, weeding, etc. Also planted native prairie species to maintain diversity. This work was done in collaboration within groups. I restored natural prairies and marshlands around the Chicagoland suburbs in order to enhance the native ecosystem.
