I had a chance to work directly with Izabela in 2011 as collaborators on the Polish component of a regional Aviva project. Izabela hold the responsibility for the testing stream, organising the process and managing teams consisting of tens of testers. At every stage of the work she demonstrated exceptional enthusiasm, drive and focus on getting to the target. When combined with great communication skills her involvement helped to find practical solutions where most of her peers could see only issues. She is social, intelligent, and hardworking person with passion for what she does, with outstanding potential for further development of her managerial skills.
