  For over 10 years coordinator of “The Pearl Divers” Corporate Social Responsibility program (program odkrywania talentów Wszechnicy UJ “Poławiacze Pereł”). “The Pearl Divers” (a nationwide talent discovery program implemented since 2006) was about organizing summer camps science (so-called Summer School) for gifted high school students from the communities at risk of social exclusion (the low economic status of the rural areas and small towns, with families with no tradition of studying).The project was implemented in cooperation with local government units, which - in agreement with the subordinate schools - were responsible for the recruitment of students that meet certain criteria. By building a nationwide network of "pearl divers", the organizers also invited to collaborate socially responsible companies and institutions.- Team recruitment and management (about 16 team members);- Creating offers and constant contact with local governments and schools from all over Poland;- Co-operating with socially responsible companies and institutions; - Project cooridation (budget planning, marketing and sales strategy, customer service, logistics);- Active trainings in the field of personal development for youth;- Responsibility for media relations and promotional part of the project Show less

It includes publications presenting reliable knowledge and expertise in a form adopted to the needs of practitioners. In "Know How" one could find six thematic sections addressed to different professional roles (trainer, coach, consultant, competency assessor, manager of training projects and designer of development programmes); reviewed articles focused on practical applications of psychology, management sciences as well as methods of learning and development support; good practices, that is short descriptions of tools and schemes of conduct for direct use and interviews with reputed experts in the field of supporting development and articles authored by them.
