Tijdens mijn moederschapsrust heeft Iyabo zich op zeer korte tijd ingewerkt in onze grote en uitdagende organisatie. Zij slaagde erin om vele projecten te combineren en tot een goed einde te brengen, waaronder de nieuwjaarsreceptie, het personeelsmagazine en een groots klantenevent. Hierbij wist zij steeds de juiste contacten te leggen en alles in goede banen te leiden. Op slechts enkele maanden heeft Iyabo enorm veel ervaring opgedaan met zowat elk aspect van een communicatiedienst. Dankzij haar tomeloze inzet kon ik de draad weer vlot oppikken na mijn verlof!

Iyabo is een van de meest talentvolle stagiairs waarmee ik gewerkt heb. Ik heb haar leren kennen als een ietwat schuchter meisje dat tijdens haar stageperiode helemaal is open gebloeid. Ze is leergierig, een doorbijter en levert resultaten – met oog voor detail – op. Een communicatietalent in wording!
