I had various tasks as an associate in Lush but it mostly focused on giving excellent customer service. Our goal was to make customers feel welcomed and as if they had made a new friend. I consulted and educated customers on the product and the ethics of the company. Showed them how to properly use each product. Using the information that they would give me I could properly recommend which product was best for them. This was a job that absolutely loved doing because we tried to help people.
