  • Perform day to day research activities to ensure that the expected output can be achieved. • Conduct research on: 1) terrorism, counter-terrorism, and terrorism sentencing in Indonesia; 2) narcotics circulation in correctional institution; and 3) other themes related to correction and prison reform. • Write research report as a form of evidence-based advocacy. • Draft policy recommendation to support prison reform in Indonesia. • Develop curriculum and training modules for correctional officers. • Conduct and facilitate training for correctional officers. • Develop a terrorism cases database in Indonesia to support the National Action Plan on Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (RAN-PE). • Build networks with various stakeholders in PCVE and prison reform (e.g. Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Ministry of National Development Planning, Directorate General of Correction, Supreme Court, Attorney General's Office, BNPT, university, and other civil society organizations).
