I served as a Research Assistant to Jacob Jay Lindenthal, Dr.P.H., Ph.D., Ph.D.. I aided in his publications of Jewish history and health displayed on websites, on his books, and his research of Jewish history as at relates to the health of the world's population. I helped run the Pre-Medical Honors Program for High School Students and the Mini-Medical School Programs at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey under the direction of Dr. Lindenthal. I aided in the inception of the outreach programs of the Institute for the Public Understanding of Health and Medicine. We graduate and medical students educated the less privileged individuals in the Newark, New Jersey community on issues of health and education. We also visited the YMCA and prisons to impart our knowledge onto individuals in the greater Newark, New Jersey area.
