  Due to being laid off during the pandemic, me and two friends started a small business manufacturing and distributing non-medical cloth face masks for our community. After a few months passed, the company had grown immensely, so much so that we had to move business out of our at-home offices into a small warehouse. My main role in the business was operations, product development, and customer service.
